The XR920 Elite is part of Shadow Systems' 920-series and uses a striker-fired, semi-automatic action with a flat-faced aluminum trigger and integrated trigger safety. Its crossover layout delivers a compact-length slide for carry with a full-size grip for control, and capacity is 10+1 in 9mm Luger.
The match-grade barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel, measures approximately 4.0 inches, and features spiral fluting and an unthreaded muzzle. This barrel specification is a hallmark of the series and is designed for consistent performance.
The slide is cut from 17-4 stainless steel with a black finish and the Elite package: front and rear serrations, additional top serrations, lightening windows, and a beveled nose. It includes an optic cut with a multi-footprint direct-mount system, and a cover plate is installed.
Sighting equipment consists of a Night Fision tritium front sight paired with a plain black serrated rear. The polymer frame is finished in a light gray/white two-tone and wears an aggressive wrap-around texture. A single-slot accessory rail is integrated into the dustcover, and the pistol includes a flared, removable magazine well and an interchangeable backstrap system.
