The 10.5 inch barrel is made from 4150 CMV steel with a phosphate finish and M4 extension, cut with a 1:7 twist for 5.56 NATO. It is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider, offering standard muzzle device compatibility.
A carbine-length gas system works with a 0.750 inch low-profile gas block. The bolt carrier group is a full-auto profile with a Carpenter 158 bolt, a proven material choice for durability and service life.
The 9 inch free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard includes a full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail and is engraved "MADE IN USA" with the M-LOK symbol. The flat-top upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover, and case deflector. No sights are included.
The receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish. Controls include a manual safety and a single-stage mil-spec trigger. An A2-pattern FDE pistol grip is installed, and the receiver extension is 6-position.
The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with the PSA crossed-cannons logo and West Columbia, SC address. It accepts standard STANAG AR-15 magazines, and capacity is 30+1 with the included magazines. This configuration aligns with PSA SKU 51655191628.
