The BP2220 platform combines a shrouded 12-inch rifled steel barrel with a bolt-action PCP system for consistent performance. The aluminum receiver wears a matte black finish, and the raised breech with 11 mm dovetail is cleanly executed. No iron sights are fitted, as noted by the factory.
The air system is set up for a maximum fill pressure of 3000 PSI, which is marked on the receiver. A front male Foster-type fill fitting and an integral manometer make filling and pressure checks straightforward. The right-side bolt with a round knob, a two-stage adjustable metal trigger, and a cross-bolt safety round out the controls.
