The DTI-15 is built on forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a hard-coat anodized finish. The flat-top A3 upper includes a T-marked Picatinny rail (T2–T12 visible), forward assist, dust cover, and case deflector, giving you a clean, versatile top end. The lower is marked "DTI-15" and "DEL-TON INC ELIZABETHTOWN, NC U.S.A." with SAFE/FIRE selector markings.
Its 16 inch 4140 steel barrel uses an M4 profile with a carbine-length gas system and a 1:9 twist. The barrel is threaded and capped with an A2 flash hider. A pinned A2 front sight base, M203 cutout, and bayonet lug round out the classic M4-style configuration. The barrel is stamped "DT 1x9 5.56 NATO."
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible M4-style stock with rear sling loop, an A2 pistol grip, and carbine-length two-piece polymer handguards with heat shields. The length of pull is 10.0 inches. A manual safety provides straightforward controls.
Chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity, this rifle follows the familiar AR-15 pattern and direct-impingement operation. It is made in the USA, and with factory production concluded in 2025, it represents a complete example of Del-Ton's in-house AR build.
