The Mark II is a right-hand bolt-action rimfire chambered in .22 LR and marked "SAVAGE MK-II CAL .22 L.R. ONLY." It features a 22 in sporter-contour, non-threaded carbon steel barrel and a drilled-and-tapped receiver fitted with two-piece Weaver-style bases. There are no iron sights.
Savage's AccuTrigger is user-adjustable and uses an inner safety blade. The length of pull measures 13.5, and the rifle feeds from a detachable box magazine with a 10+1 capacity. Three 10-round steel magazines are included.
Mounted Simmons Blazer 3-9x40mm 1" SFP Duplex Camo Scope. The scope uses a 1-inch tube and a duplex reticle, and it is mounted in rings on the included Weaver-style bases. A flip-up front lens cap is included to protect the objective.
The synthetic stock is fixed and finished in camouflage, with integral sling swivel studs and a serrated polymer buttplate. The camouflage finish extends across the stock and metalwork for a consistent, field-ready appearance. A camo shoulder sling with QD swivels is already installed. Made in the USA.
