This AM-15 is built on Anderson Manufacturing receivers marked ANDERSON MANUFACTURING HEBRON, KY AM-15 MULTI CAL and is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum construction with a Type III hardcoat anodized finish delivers a robust base that aligns with the platform’s proven design.
The rifle features a Troy free-float aluminum handguard with a T-marked top rail that aligns with the flat-top Picatinny upper receiver, creating a continuous top rail. The upper receiver includes a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover, and the bolt carrier group shows a bright, silver finish.
A fixed skeleton stock over the receiver extension includes a foam cover and a buttpad, yielding a 13.5 inch length of pull. Sling setup is straightforward with a QD sling swivel at the rear end plate and a rail-mounted QD sling socket on the handguard. A Magpul polymer pistol grip rounds out the control interface.
The 16 inch barrel is threaded and capped with a birdcage flash suppressor. Operation is semi-automatic with a direct-impingement gas system, and the rifle uses a detachable AR-15/STANAG magazine interface with a stated capacity of 30+1.
