This Agent Firecrest AOS is a collaborative custom build from SK Guns with Agency Arms and Stan Chen Customs, featuring color casing by the renowned artisan Doug. Built on a Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary 5-inch base, it combines a forged-steel frame and slide with a high-polish color case-hardened finish, a bushingless ported bull barrel, and Agency Arms slide re-milling with an AOS optics interface.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Details: Handling has left a few faint surface scuffs and small blemishes visible under close light. The bore presents a bright, reflective polish.

Crafted on the Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary 5-inch platform (PX9230L family), this full-size .45 ACP uses forged steel for both the frame and slide. It retains the Emissary’s square trigger guard with undercut, checkered frontstrap, flat checkered mainspring housing, and an internally beveled/funneled magazine well. An integral three-slot Picatinny rail on the dust cover supports weapon-mounted accessories.
The stainless steel, government-length bull barrel is bushingless and ported with a single top port, and follows the Emissary-spec 1:16 twist. The barrel hood is marked “S.A. .45 AUTO,” and the barrel protrudes slightly from the tri-top slide for a purposeful fit and finish.
Agency Arms re-milled the slide with a tri-top profile, top serrations, and matching diagonal serrations at the front and rear. The AOS optic cut is fitted with a rear-sight cover plate; sights consist of a green fiber-optic front and a plain black rear notch on the AOS plate. The AOS interface supports the RMR/SRO A14B plate pattern.
The high-polish color case-hardened finish on the frame and slide is credited to “Doug,” adding a distinctive, high-contrast look. Slide markings include SK and AGENCY. Controls feature a skeletonized hammer and an extended beavertail grip safety with memory bump.
A nitre-blue Atlas flat-faced trigger is installed, complemented by textured purple grip panels for confident purchase. Capacity is 8+1 with the included single-stack magazines. This series was announced in 2025 and reflects a collaboration among SK Guns, Agency Arms, and Stan Chen Customs, with color casing by Doug.
