Mossberg 500 Thunder Ranch XX 12 Gauge Pump-Action, 18.5 in, 3 in Chamber, Cyl Bore, Picatinny Forend, Matte Black
This Mossberg 500 Thunder Ranch XX is a factory-marked collaborative run featuring Thunder Ranch receiver engraving and a purpose-built configuration. It pairs an 18.5 inch steel barrel with a fixed stand-off breacher muzzle and cylinder bore, a tri-rail Picatinny forend, and a red fiber-optic front bead. The receiver is an aluminum alloy unit finished in matte black, drilled and tapped with four holes, and marked with the Thunder Ranch XX logo on the left side.
Chambered for both 2 3/4 in and 3 in 12 gauge shells with a 5+1 capacity, this shotgun uses Mossberg's tang safety and a rugged synthetic stock with a ventilated recoil pad and a 13.0 in length of pull. Sling studs front and rear are installed, and a black two-point sling with metal swivels is included. Rollmarks and warnings reflect North Haven, CT on the receiver and Eagle Pass, TX on the barrel, respectively.

The Thunder Ranch XX collaboration is distinguished by its factory engraving on the receiver, clearly marked on the left side. This limited, factory-identified run brings a recognizable Thunder Ranch identity to the proven Mossberg 500 platform without altering its core manual of arms.
The 18.5 inch steel barrel uses a cylinder bore and a fixed stand-off breacher muzzle. The chamber supports both 2 3/4 in and 3 in shells, offering flexibility with standard 12 gauge loads in a compact defensive-length package.
A tri-rail Picatinny forend provides bottom and short side rails and is marked “F.A.B. LTD Defense Line ISRAEL” and “PR-MO.” The alloy receiver wears a matte black finish to match the barrel and magazine tube, and it is drilled and tapped with four holes for mounting. Capacity is 5+1, with the magazine tube ending flush with the muzzle cap.
Sighting is simple and fast with a red fiber-optic front bead; there is no rear sight. Controls and furniture are straightforward: tang safety, a fixed black synthetic stock with a ventilated recoil pad, and sling swivels/studs fore and aft. The length of pull measures 13.0 in.
Manufacturing and rollmark details include an aluminum-alloy receiver and steel barrel/magazine tube, USA origin, a receiver rollmark showing North Haven, CT, and a barrel warning referencing Eagle Pass, TX. The overall matte black finish provides a uniform, non-reflective appearance.
