This Thunder 380 Plus is the higher-capacity double-stack version of the Thunder series, offering 15+1 rounds in a compact .380 ACP platform. It operates on a straight-blowback action with a fixed 3.5" barrel, providing the hallmark fixed-barrel design of this model. The pistol is made in Argentina and bears clear importer and maker markings: "IMPORTED BY R.S.A. ENTERPRISES INC OCEAN N.J., MADE IN ARGENTINA, BERSA S.A. RAMOS MEJIA ARGENTINA."
The controls are set up for straightforward operation, with a DA/SA trigger, a slide-mounted safety/decocker, firing pin safety, magazine disconnect, and an integral keyed lock with F/S positions. A push-button left-side magazine release, exposed hammer with ring-style spur, and a lanyard loop round out the practical features.
Sighting is handled by fixed iron sights: a ramped blade front with a dot and a square-notch dovetail rear secured by a retaining screw. The slide includes rear serrations and an anti-glare rib along the top to reduce reflections.
The two-tone finish pairs a black slide with a silver aluminum-alloy frame. Wrap-around black rubber grips with checkering and the BERSA logo provide a stable, comfortable hold. Note that Plus variant double-stack magazines are not compatible with single-stack Thunder 380 magazines.
