This P365-XMACRO COMP pairs the extended XMACRO grip module and compensated slide with an aftermarket True Precision 3.1" stainless, non-threaded barrel. It comes with 3-dot night sights, a full-length M1913 accessory rail, and a 17+1 capacity in a compact package. The package includes a Tier 1 Concealed appendix Kydex holster set up for use with a Streamlight TLR7X.

The Nitron-finished slide is factory cut with integral compensator ports and is marked P365 with a stylized X at the muzzle. The installed True Precision 3.1" stainless barrel features a non-threaded muzzle, and the hood is marked TRUE.
The XMACRO grip module provides an extended, full-size length with a flared magwell area and aggressive backstrap chevron texturing. The serialized, modular stainless-steel FCU chassis makes the platform easy to configure while maintaining the P365 series footprint.
A full-length M1913/Picatinny accessory rail with multiple slots supports light and accessory placement. Controls are left-side only, and this example is configured with no manual safety. The flat-faced trigger supports the striker-fired action.
Sight picture comes from 3-dot night sights: a tritium front sight with green ring and a tritium rear. Capacity is 17+1 with the included 17-round magazine; a 10-round steel magazine is also included. The steel P365-compatible magazines shown include one bearing a "MADE IN USA" marking.
