This Savage Arms Mark II FV-SR stands out with a 16.5" fluted heavy barrel threaded 1/2-28 and an installed muzzle brake/compensator. It features the user-adjustable Savage AccuTrigger, a durable black synthetic stock, and a one-piece Picatinny scope rail already installed. Made in Canada and import-marked by Savage Arms in Westfield, MA, it comes with three 10-round steel magazines and is in very good condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore.

The FV-SR configuration pairs a compact 16.5" fluted heavy barrel with 1/2-28 muzzle threads. This example includes a muzzle brake/compensator installed, and the muzzle is marked 1/2-28. The heavy-profile barrel and fluting add stability while keeping the length maneuverable.
It uses the Savage AccuTrigger, which is user adjustable, and a manual safety. The right-hand bolt features a cylindrical bolt knob for positive manipulation. Feeding is via a detachable box magazine with a 10+1 capacity in .22 LR.
The rifle is built on a matte blued carbon steel receiver with a matching matte blued finish. The black synthetic stock includes sling swivel studs, molded checkering, and a straight comb, with a 13.0 length of pull.
Factory markings indicate manufacture by Savage Arms (Canada) Inc., Lakefield, Ontario, with import marks from Savage Arms Inc., Westfield, MA. It has no factory iron sights and comes with an installed one-piece Picatinny scope rail for mounting an optic.
