This LCP II Lite Rack uses Ruger’s blowback, internal-hammer Secure Action fire control and a micro-size footprint chambered in .22 LR with a 10+1 capacity. The slide locks back on an empty magazine, supporting quick status checks and reloads.
The Lite Rack system combines a lighter recoil spring with scalloped rear cocking ears and front/rear cocking serrations to aid slide manipulation. A left-side magazine release complements the compact control layout.
Safety features are comprehensive: a manual thumb safety unique to the .22 LR LCP II variant, a magazine disconnect, a trigger safety, and internal safeties. The installed flat-faced red trigger shoe retains the integral safety tab.
Construction is durable and lightweight with a black glass-filled nylon polymer frame and a light-silver slide. The 2.75 in stainless steel barrel pairs with integral fixed sights: a square-notch rear and a front blade highlighted with red/orange paint for quick sight indexing.
