Made in Spain, this Paramount follows the Eibar Ruby-pattern layout with a simple blowback, single-action operating system. It uses a heel-style magazine release and a manual safety, consistent with its era and intended use. The compact size and 3.1 inch barrel make it a tidy .32 ACP pistol with an 8+1 capacity.
The pistol is finished in blued steel, with a hammerless-profile slide that carries rear serrations and an external extractor. Sighting is via a fixed half-moon front blade and a fixed rear notch. The black checkered hard-rubber grips are embossed with the "PARAMOUNT" name.
Markings and identifiers include the slide legend "FABRIQUE D'ARMES de GUERRE / PARAMOUNT CAL 32." The serial number is located on the right side of the frame, and the trigger bears an internal assembly number "30." A lanyard ring is fitted at the heel.
Two steel single-stack magazines are included; each has witness holes and a flat floorplate lip, aligning with the pattern’s typical magazine style. A leather flap holster with an external spare-magazine pocket accompanies the pistol for period-appropriate carry and storage.
