This P365-XMACRO COMP pairs SIG Sauer's integrally compensated X-Series slide with a customized aluminum Macro-size grip module. It delivers 17+1 capacity in a compact footprint, features XRAY3 tritium day/night sights, and includes two 17-round magazines, a factory case with matching end label, and a Kydex IWB holster. The slide is optics-cut and finished in black, and the build retains SIG's serialized FCU architecture.

The P365-XMACRO COMP slide is integrally compensated with two top ports and wears front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. It is optics-cut X-Series pattern, with the cover plate removed in the photos, and finished in black.
The aftermarket aluminum Macro-size grip module is marked "Washougal WA, USA" and adds a flared magwell, extended beavertail, ambidextrous thumb shelves, and aggressive diamond texturing. This module provides a firm purchase and macro-length control while retaining the serialized FCU architecture.
Factory SIG XRAY3 day/night sights are installed: a green tritium front dot paired with a rear notch containing two tritium vials. A full-size 1913/Picatinny accessory rail is machined into the dustcover for mounting lights or other rail-mounted accessories.
