The Beretta 92GTS Full Size Launch Edition is a U.S.-made evolution of the 92 series introduced in 2024, combining a two-tone black slide over a silver/gray alloy frame with a frame-mounted Type G decocker using Twin Sear technology for a controlled decock to half-cock. It adds an optics-ready MRDS slide with a removable cover plate, an X-Treme S trigger with DLC-coated components, and Launch Edition wood grips with PB medallions. Capacity is 18+1, and two 18-round magazines are included.

This Launch Edition configuration emphasizes refined controls and ergonomics. The frame-mounted Type G decocker with Twin Sear technology provides a deliberate decock to half-cock, and ambidextrous decocker levers support both left- and right-handed operation. A left-side, checkered magazine release and a skeletonized spur hammer round out the control suite.
The slide is optics-ready, featuring an MRDS cut with a removable cover plate, plus front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation. Beretta’s classic open-top 92-series slide architecture is retained, paired with a 4.7-inch stainless steel barrel.
Sight alignment is fast and uncluttered thanks to a dovetailed orange fiber-optic front and a dovetailed black serrated rear. The Vertec-style straight backstrap with checkered frontstrap and backstrap, along with a beavertail grip tang, provides a secure, consistent hand fit.
The full-size aluminum alloy frame wears a durable silver/gray finish that contrasts with the black slide for a purposeful two-tone look. A frame rail is present for mounting accessories. Launch Edition trim includes wood grips with fine checkering and Beretta PB medallions.
Made in Gallatin, Tennessee, the pistol carries clear factory markings: BERETTA U.S.A. CORP. – GALLATIN, TN, MADE IN USA, 9mm PARA, PATENTED, PB logo, and TYPE 92. It ships with two 18-round magazines for a total on-board capacity of 18+1.
