What's Included
- Colt Peacemaker .22 WMR revolver
Built in the United States in 1974, this revolver bears the L-prefix serial that identifies Colt’s one-year series for that production run. The design follows the familiar 7/8-scale Single Action Army profile with single-action operation, an external hammer, and a right-side loading gate.
The six-shot, unfluted blued steel cylinder is roll-marked ".22 MAG" and pairs with a 4.4-inch steel barrel marked "PEACEMAKER .22." It is chambered for .22 WMR, a configuration that adds versatility while preserving the classic single-action experience.
Materials and finishes are a highlight: a color case-hardened steel frame and receiver contrast with the blued barrel and cylinder. The grip frame is alloy, fitted with black checkered 'American Eagle' grips bearing Rampant Colt medallions. A decorative scroll-engraved panel on the rear grip-strap adds a tasteful touch.
Sights are fixed and practical, with a quarter-round front blade and a square-notch rear integral to the topstrap. The top of the barrel carries the Hartford address: "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO.
HARTFORD CT. U.S.A."
