This PRO2A Tactical P2A Patriot is a recent-release, AR-15–pattern rifle chambered in .400 Legend and built for clean fitment and straightforward configurability. It pairs an 18" melonite-treated 4150 CMV barrel with a 1:16 twist and 5/8-24 threads, a slick-side upper without a forward assist, and a 15" free-float M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail. Chambered in .400 Legend, this rifle uses a direct-impingement action with a carbine-length gas system for dependable cycling. The 18" barrel is 4150 CMV steel, melonite-treated for surface hardness and corrosion resistance, and threaded 5/8-24 with an A2-style birdcage flash hider installed. A 1:16 twist rate supports the caliber’s common projectile lengths.
The approximately 15" free-float M-LOK handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum and provides extensive accessory slotting, while the full-length Picatinny top rail aligns with the flat-top receiver for continuous mounting space. This example ships without sights, giving the buyer freedom to configure aiming solutions as desired.
The receiver set is 7075-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized black finish. The upper is a slick-side design that omits the forward assist and includes an ejection port cover featuring a custom dust cover graphic. The lower receiver is marked PRO-15 and retains a manual safety.
