It features HK’s Light LEM pre-cocked DAO trigger, ambidextrous controls, a cold hammer-forged polygonal barrel, and a nitrocarburized steel slide. This example includes three factory magazines and ships with HK’s modular grip panels for tailored ergonomics.

The P30L long slide pairs a 4.45-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with a one-piece machined steel slide finished in HK’s nitrocarburized Hostile Environment treatment. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the external extractor features a red witness line. Fixed sights combine a single-dot front blade with a plain square-notch rear for a clear sight picture.
This V1 Light LEM model uses HK’s pre-cocked DAO system with a bobbed external hammer. It includes ambidextrous slide stop levers and an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release. There is no rear decocker and no frame-mounted manual safety levers. A loaded-chamber indicator provides tactile and visual status.
The fiber-reinforced polymer frame incorporates HK’s recoil-reduction system and a 4-slot MIL-STD-1913 rail for mounting compatible accessories. The pistol accepts HK P30 9mm double-stack magazines and comes with two 17-round magazines plus one 20-round magazine.
Ergonomics are highly configurable with the modular grip system, allowing up to 27 combinations using the interchangeable backstrap and side panels. Finger-groove texturing enhances control. German manufacture is confirmed by CIP N and DE proof marks, and the slide carries the HKI Columbus, GA importer mark.
