The rifle uses a 20" octagon steel barrel with a 1:12 twist, offering a classic look and dependable performance with .30-30 loads. A transfer bar safety is included, and the lever-action operation is smooth and familiar.
Loading is versatile thanks to the dual system: a side loading gate and a removable magazine tube. The receiver comes drilled and tapped for Weaver 63B scope bases, with plug screws installed from the factory.
The walnut stock features a straight wrist and checkering for a secure hold, plus a ventilated rubber recoil pad and sling swivel studs. Sighting is straightforward with an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear and a brass bead front. Overall length is 39" and the rifle weighs 8.54 lb.
