The Dealer Limited Series configuration brings special touches to the DD4V7, including Gen II Desert Sage Cerakote over Type III hard-coat anodizing and a Limited Series engraving on the magwell. The fully ambidextrous DD4 lower adds ambi safety, ambi magazine release, and ambi bolt catch/release, along with an enhanced flared magwell, rear QD sling socket, and a metal dust cover.
Its 16 inch government-profile barrel is cold hammer forged from chrome-moly-vanadium steel, chrome-lined, and HP/MPI tested, with a 1:7 twist for 5.56 NATO. A mid-length direct impingement system with a pinned low-profile gas block and an H buffer supports reliable cycling. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a Daniel Defense flash suppressor.
The rifle uses a Daniel Defense MFR 15.0 free-float M-LOK handguard made from 6061-T6 aluminum, with a continuous 1913 top rail for mounting. Daniel Defense fixed front and A1.5 fixed rear sights are installed from the factory, and a vertical foregrip is present.
Controls and ergonomics are well-appointed with the Geissele SSA two-stage trigger and the Daniel Defense GRIP-N-RIP ambidextrous charging handle with bilateral latches. The build is anchored by 7075-T6 aluminum receivers and a Daniel Defense pistol grip, with a polymer stock wearing a Daniel Defense recoil pad.
