The CZ-USA 1911 A1 stands out as the first CZ-branded pistol manufactured in the United States and was produced only in 2015. This Government-size .45 ACP features a forged carbon-steel slide and frame with tightened tolerances, a stainless steel 5-inch barrel, and a GI/A1-style configuration with modernized fixed, taller sights. It wears a black oxide finish and double-diamond checkered walnut grips, and comes in very good condition with quality Wilson Combat magazines.

Made in the USA, this model carries period-correct markings: "MODEL OF 1911. MADE IN USA." on the slide and "CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS." Its GI/A1-style configuration is updated with practical, taller fixed sights, pairing a dovetailed front with a low, fixed-notch rear for a clean sight picture.
The slide and frame are forged carbon steel with tightened tolerances and a uniform black oxide finish. A 5-inch stainless steel barrel anchors the Government-size format. The slide features rear cocking serrations only, with no front serrations, and the frame omits an accessory rail for a traditional profile.
Controls are classic and straightforward: single-action, short-recoil, tilting-barrel operation; a single-sided manual thumb safety and grip safety; a standard magazine release; and a spur hammer. The aluminum, short, solid trigger is set at approximately 5.0 lb for a crisp break.
Ergonomics follow the A1 pattern, including an arched mainspring housing without a lanyard loop and a smooth front strap. Double-diamond checkered walnut stocks provide a secure, traditional grip. Capacity is listed at 10+1, and this example includes one Wilson Combat 10-round magazine with an extended base pad and one 8-round magazine with a flush base pad.
