This USA Defender combines robust stainless steel components with Bond Arms' single-action, break-open design and a two-round capacity. The compact size and 3 inch barrels make it a distinctive special-edition in the Defender series.
Chambered in .45 LC/.410 with a 2.5 inch chamber, it offers dual-caliber capability within a classic over/under derringer format. The fixed rear notch and integral blade front sight provide a straightforward sighting setup.
The frame and barrels are stainless steel with a satin finish. It uses an external hammer with a serrated spur, a trigger guard, and a left-side barrel release lever. The hinge is at the muzzle. This platform accepts standard Bond Arms interchangeable barrels and grip panels.
Safety features include a rebounding hammer, retracting firing pins, a cross-bolt safety, and a spring-loaded cammed locking lever. It wears dark laminated wood bird's-head grips with star concho medallions. The serial on the frame matches the factory case label.
