Russian-made by Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (IMEZ), this IJ70-17A is the commercial export version of the Makarov PM, chambered in .380 ACP and imported by B-West (Tucson, AZ) in the 1990s. It features a compact, all-steel build with a polished blue/black finish, a fixed barrel straight-blowback system, and an adjustable rear target sight. An aftermarket black wraparound rubber grip with a right-hand thumb rest is installed.
