The Kalashnikov USA KP-9 is a U.S.-made 9mm pistol patterned after the Russian PP-19-01 Vityaz. Built on a stamped-steel receiver with AKM-style reinforcement stampings, it features a hinged top cover with a nearly full-length integral Picatinny rail, a 9.25 in threaded barrel with a factory slotted muzzle device, and robust polymer furniture. It ships with a 30-round polymer magazine and retains familiar AK-style controls in a compact, blowback-operated 9mm platform.

U.S.-made in Florida, this KP-9 follows the PP-19-01 Vityaz pattern with a closed-bolt, simple blowback action chambered in 9mm Luger. The receiver is stamped steel with AKM-style X/Y reinforcement stampings and a standard rivet pattern, finished in black. A manual safety/selector lever provides familiar operation.
The 9.25 in barrel is threaded 1/2x28 TPI and comes with a factory slotted muzzle device installed. The combination front sight/gas block carries a protected post, while the adjustable leaf rear sight sits at the forward end of the hinged top cover.
The top cover integrates a nearly full-length Picatinny rail, offering a solid mounting surface along the receiver cover. The rear trunnion is fitted with a side-folding hinge block and flat backplate; no stock or brace is installed.
Furniture includes a two-piece polymer handguard with a ribbed lower and smooth upper, plus a polymer pistol grip. The pistol uses Vityaz-style curved polymer 9x19 magazines and has a capacity of 30+1. The included magazine is marked 9x19 with a floorplate marked MADE IN USA.
