The MAC 1014 Wood uses a gas-operated, self-regulating piston system designed for reliable function with both 2-3/4 and 3 inch 12-gauge shells. Its fixed tubular magazine offers a 7+1 capacity, and the 18.5 inch barrel keeps the platform maneuverable while maintaining pattern performance.
The barrel accepts Beretta/Benelli Mobil-pattern screw-in chokes, and this shotgun includes a choke kit with tubes and a wrench. Sight alignment is straightforward with a ghost-ring rear sight and a protected front post, and the receiver-top Picatinny rail provides mounting space as needed.
Controls are enlarged for ease of use, including an oversized round bolt handle and a large bolt-release button. The stock features a 14.0 inch length of pull and a rubber recoil pad, with sling points front and rear (rear sling swivel stud on the stock) for carry options.
Turkish walnut stock and forend with textured panels give the shotgun a traditional look and a secure hold. The receiver wears a matte black finish, and overall length is approximately 47.8 inches with a weight of about 8 lb.
