It features a stainless steel slide with a Nitron black finish, XRAY3-style tritium sights, and comes with two 12-round steel magazines, the original factory barrel and grip module, a SIG factory case labeled 365XL-9-BXR3P dated 20-AUG-2024, and a We The People Kydex IWB holster built for a Streamlight TLR-7X Sub.

The installed Wilson Combat WCP365 XL grip module in tan adds the brand's signature Starburst texture and is marked Berryville, AR USA. This polymer module pairs with the P365XL X-Series fire control system, delivering an XL-size profile and an integrated accessory rail on the dust cover.
A True Precision gold-finish barrel is fitted, extended and threaded with a knurled thread protector. The assembly measures 4.5 inches and is configured for the P365XL, offering a turnkey threaded setup while the original SIG non-threaded XL barrel is included as a spare.
The stainless steel slide wears a Nitron black finish and includes front and rear cocking serrations. It is optics cut with a cover plate installed, and is marked P365 with a stylized X ahead of the ejection port. XRAY3-style tritium sights are installed, with a green tritium front dot and a tritium rear sight.
This striker-fired, semi-automatic model uses a flat-face trigger and does not have a manual thumb safety. Capacity is 12+1 with the included steel magazines. The package is Made in the United States, ships in the SIG factory hard case, and includes both the factory grip module and barrel to complement the current custom configuration.
Rounding out the setup is a We The People Kydex IWB holster designed to accommodate a Streamlight TLR-7X Sub, offering a light-bearing carry option specific to this pistol's format.
