The VP9A1 F configuration brings A1-series upgrades, including enhanced ambidextrous controls, additional slide serrations, and flared magwell geometry. Controls include the ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release and a flat-faced trigger with an integral safety tab, paired with the A1 nickel-Teflon-coated trigger bar.
Its 4.53 in cold-hammer-forged steel barrel and black Hostile Environment carbon-nitride slide are built for durability. The slide carries front and rear cocking serrations, HK charging supports (wings), and an external extractor. The fiber-reinforced polymer frame integrates a Picatinny accessory rail.
This pistol is optics-equipped from the start with a direct-mounted Holosun SCS VP9-GR. The optic provides a green reticle and solar charging. The rear sight was removed for the optic, and a green-dot front sight remains in place.
Manufactured in Germany and imported by HKI Columbus, GA, it bears DE CIP N and Ulm proof-house marks. Matching serial numbers are present on the slide, barrel, and import plate. The frame is marked "Heckler & Koch GmbH Made in Germany," and the slide is marked "hk VP9F."
