This FN America FNS-9 is the manual safety variant of the full-size, striker-fired 9mm pistol, built in the USA and marked FNH USA Fredericksburg, VA. It features fully ambidextrous controls, a cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel, and a stainless steel slide with a matte black finish. The pistol comes with two 10-round factory steel magazines and useful factory accessories in the original FN case.

The FNS-9 Manual Safety model delivers fully ambidextrous operation with slide stop and magazine release controls accessible from either side. It also uses ambidextrous manual safety levers, paired with a trigger safety featuring a safety blade for consistent, deliberate operation.
The 4 inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel is built with a polished chamber and feed ramp. It uses a 1:10 right-hand twist with 6 grooves, supporting reliable feeding and accuracy with common 9mm loads.
The stainless steel slide wears a matte black finish and includes front and rear serrations for secure manipulation, plus an external extractor. The frame is a black polymer design with interchangeable backstraps and checkered grip panels to tailor the fit.
Sight alignment is straightforward with fixed, dovetailed 3-dot sights, including a white dot front. An accessory rail with cross-slots on the dustcover supports common weapon lights. The pistol is part of the FNS series that was later succeeded by the FN 509 line.
This configuration offers a 10+1 capacity in a full-size format, chambered in 9mm Luger, and is marked Made in USA with FNH USA Fredericksburg, VA rollmarks.
