The PPQ M2 Q4 TAC is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm with Walther's Quick Defense trigger and short reset, offering a consistent and predictable trigger press. It uses the M2 configuration with a reversible push-button magazine release and ambidextrous slide stop levers, and it ships with a 15+1 capacity.
The slide is matte black with front and rear serrations, a grooved topstrap, and an optics cut secured by a removable cover plate with two screws. Sights are a red fiber-optic front and a black rear notch for a bright front reference and a clean rear sight picture.
The 4.6" steel barrel is threaded, and this pistol is fitted with a PMM compensator. A Picatinny accessory rail with three slots is integrated into the frame, and a Viridian C5 Series light/laser module is mounted to the rail.
Built in Germany and imported by Walther Arms in Fort Smith, AR, this pistol carries DE CIP N nitro proof marks and a CB date code. The polymer frame features cross-directional grip texturing with finger grooves for a secure hold. The PPQ line has been succeeded by the PDP, making well-kept PPQ examples attractive for those who want this platform and feature set.
