The steel Vertec-style frame features an extended beavertail and vertical checkering on the frontstrap and backstrap for confident handling. A generous flared magazine well with TS logo speeds reloads, while low-profile/stealth slide stop and a match-style takedown latch keep controls streamlined. The Nistan finish is applied to both frame and Brigadier-profile open-top slide.
The Xtreme-S DA/SA trigger system offers user-adjustable take-up and overtravel with a short reset for precise control. An oversized, textured magazine release is easy to reach, and an ambidextrous frame-mounted manual thumb safety supports bilateral operation. The dustcover is marked "FIRES WITHOUT MAGAZINE," indicating no magazine disconnect.
Optics mounting is straightforward thanks to the factory optic cut with cover plate, and a set of Beretta red-dot adapter plates is included. For irons, the pistol is equipped with a red fiber-optic front sight and a fully adjustable rear sight for windage and elevation. Front and rear slide serrations aid manipulation.
A factory 3-slot Picatinny rail on the dustcover supports common weapon-mounted lights or accessories. Additional grip options are included: thin grip panels and a wrap-around Vertec module to tailor the fit. Model markings read 92X Performance Carry Optic, with matching serial numbers on frame and slide, and proof marks include BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. – ITALY and PB – 9 x 19.
