The Predator Hunter series configuration pairs a right-hand action with a 22 in. sporter/medium contour barrel and a recessed crown. The barrel is unthreaded, and the rifle is chambered in .204 Ruger with a 4+1 capacity.
The rifle wears a camouflage hydro-dipped finish across the stock and receiver. The synthetic stock includes molded checkering for grip, front and rear sling studs, and a rubber recoil pad. The bolt features a round knob, and the bolt body is marked "Savage."
Savage's AccuTrigger provides a user-adjustable trigger with a blade-in-trigger safety, complemented by a tang-mounted safety. The receiver is drilled and tapped and carries two-piece camo-dipped scope bases with rings.
