It runs a DA/SA action with a manual thumb safety (no decocker), and adds practical touches such as front and rear slide serrations and top anti-glare serrations for clean sight alignment.
The 4.6 in cold hammer-forged barrel is paired with fixed TRU-DOT tritium three-dot night sights. The front sight uses a set screw for retention, and the rear is TRU-DOT marked, providing a bright, consistent sight picture day or night.
Ergonomics include an extended beavertail, checkered front and back straps, and black checkered rubber grips with CZ medallions. The steel frame carries a three-slot M1913 rail on the dust cover for mounting compatible accessories. Capacity is 10+1 rounds, and the unloaded weight is approximately 40.7 oz with an overall length of 8.15 in, height of 5.79 in, and width of 1.46 in.
Markings include CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS import text; Czech proof marks with a 17 date code; and "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" on the frame. The factory test target documents a 25 m, 5-shot, 40.2 mm group dated 10 Aug 2017. Frame, slide, and barrel carry matching serial numbers.
