    What’s Included

    • Marlin Model 39A Original Golden .22 LR lever-action rifle

The 24 inch round steel barrel uses Marlin's Micro-Groove rifling, designed with many shallow grooves to pair with .22 LR ammunition. The bore condition is noted as clean with well-defined rifling.

A two-piece takedown receiver secured by a large knurled screw allows the rifle to separate for maintenance or storage. This Original Golden-39A configuration reflects the design prior to the later cross-bolt safety.

Sighting equipment includes a ramped hooded front sight and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight with a stepped elevator. The receiver top is drilled and tapped with plug screws for mounting options consistent with the period.

The rifle features a blued steel finish, gold-colored trigger, and an American walnut pistol-grip stock with a fluted comb and white-line buttplate spacer. Length of pull is 13.25 inches, and overall construction is U.S.-made.

In factory configuration, the full-length under-barrel tubular magazine is specified for capacities of approximately 26 Short, 21 Long, or 19 Long Rifle cartridges.
