What’s Included
- Remington Model 870LW Magnum Youth 20 Gauge pump-action shotgun
The small-frame 20-gauge magnum receiver (U-suffix) is designed to support 3-inch shells with the appropriate barrel. This example is chambered for 2 3/4 and 3 in and uses the 870 family’s steel receiver and twin action bars. Ejection is to the right, and the tubular magazine holds 4 rounds.
The 21 in barrel is topped by a ventilated rib with a single front bead for quick alignment. It carries a fixed Improved Cylinder choke, making it a versatile, close-to-mid range setup. The requested details are present: fixed IC choke and the KF barrel code.
Stocked in glossy walnut, the Youth configuration delivers a 12.5 in length of pull, a long walnut forend, and pressed fleur-de-lis checkering for grip. It is finished with a Remington ventilated recoil pad and white line spacer, plus a grip cap with a flying-bird medallion.
Finish is gloss blued on both the barrel and steel receiver, with a cross-bolt safety at the trigger guard. The receiver rollmark reads Model 870LW MAGNUM. A W-prefix places production within 1984–1989, and the KF barrel code corresponds to May 1985.
