    What’s Included

    • Marlin Model 444 .444 Marlin lever-action rifle

This Model 444 was produced in 1970 and bears the "70" serial prefix associated with that year. It is built on a blued steel receiver with side ejection and feeds via a right-side loading gate into a 5-round under-barrel tubular magazine. Two barrel bands secure the barrel and magazine for a traditional Marlin profile.

The 24-inch round barrel uses Marlin's Micro-Groove rifling and is finished in blue to match the receiver. The bore condition is excellent, with sharp rifling and a mirror finish. This configuration is designed for the .444 Marlin cartridge and delivers the full-length barrel this model is known for.

Walnut furniture includes a straight-grip stock with a fluted Monte Carlo comb and a smooth forearm. The buttstock is fitted with a ventilated rubber recoil pad and white-line spacer and carries the Marlin "bullseye" inlay. Sling swivel studs are installed for convenient carry.

Iron sights consist of a ramped front blade with a brass bead (hood absent) and a folding rear barrel sight. Length of pull measures 13 inches. Overall, it is a United States-made rifle with the classic Marlin lever-action layout and features that define the Model 444.
