The pistol is marked 'BERETTA USA CORP., ACCOKEEK, MD' and 'MADE IN USA,' confirming U.S. manufacture. The barrel hood is marked '9 Para.' The design uses a short-recoil, locked-breech, tilting-barrel system with a 3.0-inch stainless steel barrel for durability.
Controls include an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker and a traditional DA/SA action, paired with an external bobbed hammer. This configuration provides familiar Beretta ergonomics in a subcompact format.
Sight picture is provided by fixed 3-dot sights in dovetails (white-dot front, two-dot rear). The matte black slide features front and rear serrations for secure manipulation, and the black polymer frame keeps weight down while maintaining strength.
