Built on the MCX-SPEAR LT platform, this pistol uses a semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston with a rotating bolt and an internal recoil system that eliminates the need for a buffer tube. An integral rear 1913 Picatinny interface is machined into the receiver. The gas system is adjustable, with a handguard access window and position pictograms for quick setting verification.
The 9 in carbon-steel, hammer-forged barrel is optimized for .300 BLK and cut with a fast 1:5 twist to stabilize heavy projectiles. A 5/8x24 threaded muzzle provides straightforward device compatibility. The bore presents a clean, mirror finish with sharp rifling.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the safety selector, magazine release, and bolt catch/release. The SIG Flatblade Match trigger provides a crisp, consistent interface.
