This Weatherby Vanguard Synthetic in .270 Weatherby Magnum pairs a 24-inch sporter-contour barrel and blued steel receiver with a black Monte Carlo stock. It is from the pre-2019 Weatherby California era, bearing the Weatherby Paso Robles, CA and Vanguard rollmarks. The rifle features a recessed crown, hinged floorplate, and comes outfitted with an installed CenterPoint riflescope, rings, and two-piece bases.

Chambered in .270 Weatherby Magnum, this Vanguard uses a 24-inch steel barrel with a sporter contour and recessed crown. The barrel and receiver wear a blued finish, and the rifle is configured without iron sights.
The steel receiver is drilled and tapped and carries the Vanguard and Weatherby Paso Robles, CA rollmarks. Feeding is via an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate for a 4+1 capacity. A thumb safety controls the bolt-action system.
The full-size black synthetic Monte Carlo stock features a raised comb and molded checkering for a secure hold. A Weatherby-branded rubber recoil pad and sling swivel studs are installed. Length of pull is 13.0 inches.
