This example adds a factory SIG Sauer ROMEO-X micro reflex sight that co-witnesses with X-RAY3 day/night irons, plus a detachable flared magwell and two 17-round magazines. It is marked Newington, NH USA and includes the interchangeable backstrap set.
Built on the XSeries macro grip module, this P365-XMACRO uses a stainless-steel fire control unit and a polymer frame with a pronounced beavertail for control. The flat-faced trigger and striker-fired action support a consistent pull. The installed magwell speeds reloads while maintaining the pistol’s slim profile.
The stainless slide wears a Nitron black finish and features an optic cut, front and rear serrations, and a non-ported configuration. The 3.7" carbon steel barrel balances concealability with sight radius. XRAY3 day/night sights provide a bright green front and two green inserts at the rear and are set to co-witness with the ROMEO-X.
Dimensions are approximately 6.6" OAL, 5.2" in height, and about 1.1" in width, with a weight of roughly 22 oz. A full-size, four-slot M1913 Picatinny dustcover rail is integral to the frame, and the pistol ships with two 17-round steel magazines.
