This custom-built Kelbly's Inc. Stolle Panda F-Class in 6mm BR is a purpose-built single-shot target rifle configured for precision competition. It combines Kelbly's renowned aluminum action with a 26 inch heavy, free-floated barrel and a radial multi-port brake, plus a laminated Tracker-style thumbhole stock designed for stability. An integral full-length dovetail rib with built-in cant and installed 30mm rings rounds out a focused, competition-ready setup.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.

Built on the Stolle Panda F-Class action, this rifle uses a right-hand bolt with a right-side single loading/ejection port for streamlined single-feed operation. The spiral-fluted bolt and external left-side bolt release support smooth, consistent cycling. Receiver markings read "STOLLE PANDA / KELBLY'S INC. / N. LAWRENCE, OHIO."
The action body is 7075-T651 aluminum with 4140 steel used in critical areas, pairing strength with precise tolerances. An integral full-length receiver dovetail rib features a built-in 0°20' cant and is marked "F CLASS," with two 30mm dovetail rings installed for immediate optic mounting.
The 26 inch heavy-profile barrel is free-floated and finished with a patterned exterior. A radial multi-port muzzle brake helps manage recoil and track the target through the shot. Chambering is 6mm BR with a single-round capacity.
The laminated wood target stock follows the Tracker-style with a thumbhole grip, very wide flat-bottom forend, and straight comb for consistent cheek weld. An aluminum buttplate engraved "TRACKER" and a 13.75 inch length of pull support a stable, repeatable shooting position.
