    What’s Included

    • Colt Model 1873 Single Action Army First Generation revolver

Chambered in .45 Colt with a 4.75 inch barrel, this revolver uses a fluted six-shot cylinder and a single-action-only mechanism. Sights are fixed, with a rounded blade front and a topstrap notch rear, consistent with early SAA configuration.

The firearm wears uniform bright nickel plating on the barrel, frame, cylinder, ejector housing, and grip frame. It uses a bullseye-style ejector head with a full-length housing, a classic feature of the period.

This example has the smokeless-frame style transverse cross-pin base-pin retention and a fixed firing pin hammer. The steel frame and cylinder are matched by black checkered hard-rubber grips with molded Rampant Colt ovals.

Factory-style markings include "45 COLT" on the left side of the barrel and a two-line, three-date patent legend with the Rampant Colt logo on the left side of the frame. Assembly number 883 appears on the loading gate and underside of the hammer spur.
