    What’s Included

    • Lithgow SMLE No.1 Mk III* rifle chambered in .303 British
    • 1x 10-round SMLE No.1 Mk III pattern steel detachable box magazine
    • Pattern 1907 SMLE bayonet with scabbard

Built on the SMLE platform with a cock-on-closing bolt, this rifle features a 25.2-inch barrel and a 10+1 capacity using its detachable steel box magazine. The charger bridge supports charger loading for rapid replenishment.

The rifle retains its correct military furniture: a full-length, two-piece wood stock with separate wood top handguards, a brass buttplate with trap, and a butt sling swivel. The nosecap includes the bayonet boss for the Pattern 1907 bayonet, and this example includes the matching Pattern 1907 bayonet with scabbard.

As an Australian Lithgow production from 1941, it carries multiple inspection and proof marks on the receiver/knox form. A B-prefix serial is present on the barrel reinforce/knox form, and the right butt shows rack number 113. Length of pull measures 13.0 inches.
