The Rock Island Armory VRF14 is a compact, magazine-fed 12 gauge semi-automatic built around a 14 inch barrel and a 26 inch overall length. It uses a gas-operated system with RIA's proprietary BufferBolt recoil system, a 7075 aluminum receiver, and a full-length Picatinny top rail with included flip-up sights. This example is in excellent condition and comes with both 19-round and 5-round VR-series magazines.

The VRF14 is built on a VRF14-marked receiver machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in black. It is marked RIA USA Mfg Cedar City UT with a Proof Tested stamp, and weighs approximately 6.6 lb.
Its 14 inch barrel and 26 inch overall length pair with a 3 inch chamber and a gas-operated action featuring RIA's BufferBolt recoil system. The gun includes a manual safety and a pistol-style grip with molded finger grooves for a secure hold.
The platform accepts detachable VR-series pattern box magazines. This firearm ships with both an extended 19-round magazine and a compact 5-round magazine, delivering a listed capacity of 19+1.
Topside, a full-length Picatinny rail runs the receiver and handguard, and the gun is outfitted with flip-up front and rear sights. The polymer handguard features triangular ventilation ports with additional bottom and side rail segments, and a sling swivel stud sits under the muzzle.
