The Encore Pro Hunter 209x50 Magnum uses a break-open, single-shot inline system with 209 primer ignition, combining straightforward operation with consistent performance. The 28-inch stainless steel, non-fluted barrel includes an under-barrel ramrod and a hand-removable breech plug for simple maintenance in the field or at the bench.
The stainless steel frame and matte stainless/silver finish provide durable, weather-resistant construction. This rifle is part of the Encore platform, enabling use of compatible interchangeable barrels to adapt the setup as needed.
The camo composite FlexTech stock incorporates energy-reducing vents, overmolded black grip panels, and a Limbsaver recoil pad to help manage recoil and improve handling. Sling swivel studs are installed, and the length of pull is 14.5 inches.
Sighting is anchored by a fiber-optic red bead front sight, while the rear sight is not visible with the scope installed. A swing-type hammer spur is fitted for scope clearance. The included Pentax Lightseeker XL riflescope is mounted with rings and base for immediate use.
