The XC’s compensated, ported, island-style 5 inch barrel keeps the green fiber-optic front sight fixed to the comp block for consistent sight tracking through recoil. The slide features X-style front and rear serrations, lightening and vent windows, and a top window, along with an optic cut that currently carries a cover plate with the black rear sight installed.
A full-length dust cover with an integral accessory rail adds forward weight and mounting capability. Controls include ambidextrous thumb safeties, a beavertail grip safety with raised palm pad, and a left-side magazine release. The curved, skeletonized trigger is anodized blue and set to approximately 2.5 lb.
The 4140 steel frame is paired with a polymer 2011-pattern grip that has aggressive star/triangle texturing and a flared magwell for fast reloads. Factory-listed capacity is 17+1 rounds.
