The Premier action follows the Remington 700 footprint and is fitted with a spiral-fluted two-lug bolt and an enlarged knurled bolt knob for positive manipulation. The receiver wears a Graphite Black Cerakote finish and comes outfitted with a one-piece 20-MOA Picatinny rail secured by 8-40 base screws.
It rides in a Masterpiece Arms BA Competition chassis machined from 6061 aluminum. The chassis provides an adjustable cheek riser and buttpad, a rear bag rider, an integral ARCA-style dovetail, and a spigot/bipod mount. The forend is the MPA BA Competition pattern with an ARCA-style dovetail, and a forend NV/optic bridge Picatinny section is installed. The chassis is non-folding and includes an EVG-style vertical grip.
Feeding is through an AICS-pattern detachable box magazine system with a 10+1 capacity; one 10-round polymer magazine is included and carries the Bergara "B" logo, with the body marked "6.5 Creed / 308 Win." The fire-control is a TriggerTech Special with a straight shoe. Length of pull is set at 13.0". The stainless steel barrel contrasts with the receiver’s Graphite Black finish, and the rifle is made in the USA.
