The takedown system allows tool-less separation of the barrel/forend from the receiver, making transport and storage straightforward while maintaining barrel-to-receiver alignment. The 16.25-inch chrome-moly steel barrel is cold hammer-forged, fluted, and threaded 1/2-28 with a thread protector, pairing durability with easy accessory compatibility. The action is a simple blowback design enhanced with a tungsten dead-blow weight. Controls are user-configurable, including a reversible charging handle (currently installed on the right side) and a paddle-style, reversible magazine release.
