The Tanfoglio Domina Xtreme is an Italian-made, full-size, single-action-only pistol from the Witness Xtreme series. This example pairs a steel frame and long dustcover with a ported barrel and slide, a multi-port compensator, and a left-side frame-mounted TSX6 micro red dot. Purpose-built features include a right-side slide racker, flared aluminum magwell, and machined aluminum Xtreme grip panels.

This Domina Xtreme uses a Browning-type tilting-barrel, short-recoil operating system and a steel frame with a long, heavy dustcover drilled with lightening holes. The extended beavertail and checkered front and back straps pair with machined aluminum Xtreme grip panels to deliver a secure, consistent hold.
The barrel is ported and uses polygonal rifling, while the slide includes lightening cuts and porting. A multi-port compensator with the T logo is fitted to further control movement during rapid strings.
Controls are competition-focused: single-action-only ignition with a flat-faced trigger and overtravel stop, an extended reversible magazine release, and an ambidextrous manual safety backed by a firing pin safety. A right-side slide racker is installed for positive manipulation.
Optics are addressed with a left-side frame mount featuring an integral blast shield, secured by five cap screws, and topped with a TSX6 micro reflex red dot sight. A large, flared aluminum magazine well marked EGD speeds reloads. Markings include the WITNESS frame legend, Italian C.I.P. proofs, and an E.A.A. COCOA, FL import mark.
