This 4595 TS pairs a steel barrel with a zinc-alloy receiver and a durable black polymer stock. The fixed, skeletonized stock incorporates an integrated recoil buffer and a rubber buttpad, delivering a stable, shoulder-friendly setup with a 14.5 in length of pull. The pistol grip includes an integral magazine well for convenient reloads.
Controls are straightforward and protective: a manual thumb safety, a grip-mounted magazine release, and a last-round bolt hold-open. The charging handle uses a threaded, removable knob that is easy to grasp and simple to service.
For sighting and accessories, the carbine features a full-length Picatinny top rail and additional rail segments on the fore-end. It has a hooded front post and provision for an adjustable rear peep; the rear sight is not installed.
