The 24-inch heavy-contour barrel is fluted, threaded, and marked '5R TACTICAL 1:10'. It uses 5R rifling with a 1:10 twist, tailored for .300 Win. Mag. loads. A multi-port radial muzzle brake is installed at the threaded muzzle.
The steel receiver is drilled and tapped and fitted with a one-piece Picatinny scope rail. This right-hand bolt-action uses an internal magazine with a 3-round capacity and a long-action footprint. No iron sights are present.
The stock is a synthetic composite finished in tan with black webbing. It features a straight comb, a beavertail forend, and a front sling-swivel stud. Length of pull is 13.75 inches. An oversized knurled bolt knob is installed for positive bolt manipulation.
Barrel markings include Remington Arms Company Ilion, NY, and proof/inspection stamps are present near the receiver-barrel juncture. Country of origin is the United States.
